Job Description

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, supporting the healthcare team, and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide basic nursing care, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and recording patient information
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
