Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team of precision manufacturing experts. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and operating CNC machines, including reviewing programs and blueprints, verifying speeds and feeds, and performing production operations with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC machines, including reviewing programs and blueprints
  • Verify speeds and feeds for tooling and materials
  • Perform production operations, monitoring machine performance and quality continuously
  • Work from blueprints, specifications, and/or instructions to rough and finish parts to close tolerances

Requirements:
  • Preferred experience with Makino and Haas horizontal and/or vertical milling centers
  • Preferred experience with Takasawa and Nakamura lathes with Fanuc controls
  • Ability to read blueprints to determine part specifications
  • Proven ability to create and edit CNC programs
  • Knowledge of appropriate speeds and feeds for materials and tools
