Breakfast Attendant Liaison

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Breakfast Attendant Liaison to join Gulph Creek Hotels at our Bordentown location. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a delightful breakfast experience.

As a Breakfast Attendant Liaison, your primary duties will include maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area, preparing and serving breakfast items, and interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Your ability to multitask, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will be essential in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable stays for our guests.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, juice, and pastries
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
• Restock breakfast items as needed to ensure seamless service
• Develop strong relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and tailoring your services to meet their individual needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain a fast-paced environment
• Food handling certification, with knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
