Job Overview

Salary and Benefits

The estimated hourly rate for this position is between $23.00 and $28.00 per hour. Our company offers a range of benefits, including vacation time, performance bonuses, vehicle and tool allowances, and regular pay reviews.

Key Responsibilities

As a skilled trades specialist, you will be responsible for providing quality craftsmanship and customer service on various repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and office personnel.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic, professional appearance and demeanor, and good overall knowledge of multiple trades, including Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling. Prior experience as a Carpenter or Craftsman is preferred, and you should possess excellent estimation skills and prior home inspection experience.
