We are seeking a Registered Dietitian with a passion for patient care to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for conducting nutrition assessments, developing patient-specific plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Conduct thorough nutrition assessments using the Nutrition Care Process (assessment, diagnosis, intervention, monitor, evaluation)
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans based on patient needs and goals
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
• Participate in facility Nutrition at Risk (NAR) meetings to identify and address potential health risks
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote optimal care and support

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
• Completion of a dietetic internship approved by the Accreditation Council of Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
• Registered Dietitian/Registered Dietitian Nutritionist registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Dietitian license and/or certification required within 60 days of hire
• At least one year of healthcare experience in clinical dietetics preferred

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
