Denials Resolution Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end denial and appeal process, ensuring timely resolution with third-party payers.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform appeals and stay up-to-date on best practices and policy changes.
• Identify and address frequent root causes of denials, developing corrective action plans for resolution.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in constructive interactions, maintaining professional communication with internal and external clients.

Requirements and Skills:

• Strong understanding of ancillary department-charging functions, medical records, hospital bills, and billing processes.
• Ability to analyze and research frequent root causes of denials, developing effective corrective action plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients.
