Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative/Vault Driver to join our team at The Fort Miller Service Corp. in Amsterdam, NY. This role involves transporting vaults to various cemeteries and providing support during funeral services as per the requirements of our funeral director clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver vaults to designated locations.
- Assist in funeral services, ensuring the needs of funeral directors are met.
- Collaborate with supervisors to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Schedule and execute timely deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a clean and valid driver's license.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Completion of a Department of Transportation physical examination.
