Overnight Baker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Overnight Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for baking a variety of fresh bread and pastries each night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bake a wide range of breads and pastries to meet customer demand
• Ensure all baked goods meet Panera Bread's high standards for quality and presentation
• Work collaboratively with cafe management and fellow associates to achieve team goals
• Represent Panera Bread's concept essence and cultural values in your daily work
• Perform other tasks as needed, such as stocking, preparation, and sanitation

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a baker or in a bakery environment (preferred)
• Ability to work a third shift schedule (10 p.m. - 8 a.m.)
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Minimum age 18 years
