Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team, providing clinical services and managing disease states. As an industry leader in innovation, our employee owners have developed programs and initiatives that allow Pharmacists to practice at the top of their license.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, building loyalty and repeat business.
- Champion Thrifty White programs, such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assist with patient enrollment.
- Lead the team by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service.
- Structure and organize workflow and systems for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and clinical services.
- Develop and follow up on long-term care business through immediate communication and attention to nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences.
- Identify long-term care and specialty business opportunities and communicate with Marketers.
- Dispense medications, related supplies, and provide all clinical pharmacy services.
This position requires long periods of standing and frequent talking, hearing, and reaching. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
