About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Helper to join our team at Marriott. As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Restock linens, amenities, and supplies as needed
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
