About the Role

As a Registered Nurse - 32 D/E RN Psychiatric, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care within our psychiatric unit. This is an ongoing opportunity to join our team and contribute to the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide immediate and long-term nursing care needs of patients, adhering to departmental, hospital, and regulatory standards.
  • Accurately assess patients' needs, plan and implement effective nursing interventions, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Take on a leadership role in organizing and providing patient care, promoting teamwork and collaboration among colleagues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Graduate degree in Nursing, with a BSN preferred.
  • No experience required, but one year medical/psychiatric experience is preferred.
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Basic computer skills to use electronic or online systems for communication, clinical, and administrative purposes.
