Ramp Health Athletic Trainer Job Description

Ramp Health is seeking a highly skilled Athletic Trainer to join our team in Sandusky, OH. As an Athletic Trainer, you will play a critical role in promoting employee health and safety by providing on-site coaching and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site emergency response and first aid for minor injuries
  • Conduct injury prevention and education programs for employees
  • Utilize coaching techniques to promote healthy behaviors and wellness
  • Participate in site-wide safety walks and supply inspections
  • Help employees set goals and provide ongoing support through our proprietary coaching process
Requirements:
  • First aid and CPR certification required
  • Exceptional verbal skills and ability to represent the company positively
  • Outgoing and personable, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Nice to Have:
  • CPR/AED Instructor Certification
  • 1+ years prior coaching experience in fitness, promotions, or nutrition
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office and EMR/SOAP data entry
  • Experience using Motivational Interviewing methodologies
