Executive Chef Opportunity at Crystal Mountain

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Expedition Chef to join our Food and Beverage team at Crystal Mountain Resort. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of culinary professionals and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Salary: $32-$40 per hour

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of chefs and cooks to deliver outstanding food and beverage experiences
  • Develop and implement menu strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Executive Sous Chefs and Restaurant Managers to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain highest standards of kitchen cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
  • Train and mentor staff to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in senior culinary management roles
  • Proven track record of leadership and team development
  • ServSafe certification and ability to obtain WA Food Handlers Permit
  • Intermediate skiing/riding abilities
