We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at CHSGa. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct physical therapy patient care and support duties as indicated.
  • Contribute to a positive work team by sharing information, using problem-solving methods, and accepting new ideas, criticism, or advice from others.
  • Provide adequate supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants as defined in the Georgia Physical Therapy board rules.
  • Collaborate with the Rehabilitation Director and other disciplines to facilitate effective and efficient clinical case management.
Requirements:
  • At minimum, possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Possess a current, unencumbered, license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia.
  • Prefer two (2) years experience in a skilled nursing facility rehabilitation environment, or equivalent.
