As a Housekeeping Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties, providing exceptional service to our guests, and contributing to the overall success of our resort.

**Responsibilities**

* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common and public areas, including cabins, bath and shower houses, laundry rooms, recreation rooms, and retail store
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Perform daily tasks, such as cleaning, restocking, and sanitizing, to ensure a high level of quality and attention to detail
* Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred
* Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
