Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Building Automation Specialist to support the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our advanced building automation systems.

This role requires a motivated individual who is not only knowledgeable about HVAC systems but also excels in teamwork and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair a variety of industrial instrumentation and control systems.
  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance inspections and troubleshoot any existing or potential issues.
  • Read and interpret technical documents, including wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of work performed and provide detailed reports.
  • Develop and implement modifications to telemetry, SCADA, and PLC systems.
  • Provide programming support for PLCs and logic controllers, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Act as a technical resource for less experienced technicians, offering guidance and support.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • An associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits, as well as PLC and SCADA systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
Work Environment:
The position may involve exposure to various environmental conditions, including mechanical parts and electrical systems. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic work setting that requires physical activity and adherence to safety protocols.
