Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our team at Manpower Inc. As a key member of our distribution center operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and accurate loading and unloading of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload products from trucks, shelves, and other storage areas.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, report discrepancies, and assist in resolving inventory issues.
  • Product Retrieval: Locate and retrieve products as needed, and replenish picking locations to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
  • Warehouse Support: Assist in other warehouse positions as needed, including receiving, stocking, and shipping.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 6-8 months of recent experience in order picking, reach truck, or counterbalance operations.
  • Skills: Ability to read and interpret distribution documents, basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
