Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Baskin Robbins. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for coaching and guiding our crew members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of crew members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Guest Focus: Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness in the restaurant.
  • Profitability: Drive sales growth and manage cash handling procedures.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English
  • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
  • Math and writing skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
