  • Working closely with the Fixed Operations Manager to grow the department and make necessary decisions.
  • Developing and monitoring performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and efficiency.
  • Building and growing customer relationships.
  • Responding to customer concerns.
  • Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning employees to specific duties.
  • Communicating policies, procedures, and company goals to employees.
  • Collaborating with the Training Department to develop skills and competencies for employees.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures.

Minimum requirements include:

  • Previous supervisory experience in truck service.
  • Experience with Procede.
  • Process-focused, detail-oriented, and excellent time-management skills.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, vendors, and employees.
