Job Summary:
Clinical Management Consultants is seeking an experienced Imaging Supervisor to oversee the operations of our Mammography program. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and directing the activities of department personnel engaged in performing conventional radiological procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Imaging Center and Outpatient Imaging Center to ensure diagnostic and therapeutic programs comply with all corporate and regulatory agency standards and procedures.
- Coordinate the provision of Imaging Services with other medical functions and have overall responsibility for the technical aspect of radiological safety.
- Work with the Radiology Manager and Medical Staff to explore technology innovations to improve patient care and meet the needs of the community.
- Directly supervise a team of Radiology Technicians, Nurses, Mammographers, and supervisors.
- Oversee all hiring, firing, and employee development for a staff of 80.
Requirements:
- Experience in radiology or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
