The Housekeeping Specialist will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment within the Royal Oak Enterprises facility. This includes daily cleaning of workstations, restrooms, and common areas, as well as performing deep cleaning tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Housekeeping and Cleaning: Wipe down windows, doors, and door jams weekly or as often as needed; wipe down workstations, including desks, phones, computers, file cabinets, and chairs daily; clean surface of restroom stalls, dividers, mirrors, and all chrome material (faucets, etc.)
- Trash and Recycling: Empty trash bins daily and clean coffee pots daily
- Facilities Maintenance: Mop open floor areas in bathroom and lunch room/break room; clean common areas as needed
- Supply Management: Fill toilet paper and hand towel dispensers as needed, leaving extra roll in each stall
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods of time (12 hours minimum); ability to lift approximately 35 lbs. maximum; twisting, turning, or bending with or without product in hand
- Work Environment: Casual manufacturing environment; comfortable attire appropriate for manual labor environment
