Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legendary service to our customers and assist them in finding the perfect products.
  • Keep our sales floor stocked, merchandised, and organized, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise, participating in receiving and monitoring floor stock.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support in other departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, occasionally engaging in assisted lifting over 50 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and engaging manner.
  • Ability to learn and use Point of Sale (POS) computer operating system.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Availability to work throughout the entire holiday season.
