Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in machinery maintenance.
  • Experience with precast machinery is a plus.
  • Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with hydraulic cylinders, valves, pumps, jacks, and bearings.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily maintenance activities, including CLIT, 5S, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Oversee the complete erection and commissioning of heavy construction equipment, maintaining detailed commissioning records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, implementing visual factory standards.
  • Support site operations by regularly servicing power tools and equipment.
  • Effectively manage critical situations related to machine breakdowns.
  • Report all breakdowns and abnormalities to management and follow up until resolution.
  • Update maintenance records and provide daily reports to the supervising manager.
  • Perform routine audits to ensure all factory and site equipment is functioning properly.
  • Engage in root cause analysis, installation, maintenance, defect rectification, and safety checks on various equipment, allocating manpower as needed.
  • Implement an Abnormality Management System to identify and address issues promptly.
  • Participate in factory improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to all safety standards, including EHS, OHSAS, and BBS.
Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this position require the employee to stand, walk, sit, use hands to manipulate objects or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch, and communicate effectively. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
