Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CSA PM1 Technician to join our team at Warren Power & Machinery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of customer equipment and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform field inspections and oil sample analysis on engines to identify potential issues.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of engine/generator packages and complete Cat Inspect applications with accurate information.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to report any problems or anticipated repairs.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong knowledge of Caterpillar equipment and its maintenance requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; valid driver's license and good driving record necessary.
  • Computer skills and excellent customer service skills essential for success in this role.

Work Environment

The CSA PM1 Technician will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. The position requires regular travel up to 60% and is considered a safety-sensitive role.
