Position OverviewThis role is based at our clinic, where you will be instrumental in driving positive change in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must possess a degree and certification from an accredited advanced practice program.
- Minimum of two years of outpatient clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider, demonstrating the ability to operate independently and provide care without direct physician oversight.
- Comfortable in managing adult patients, performing comprehensive health assessments, and addressing acute, chronic, and potential health issues.
- Current, unrestricted licensure in the practicing state or eligibility for licensure.
- Active DEA registration or eligibility for registration.
- Must have active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or be eligible to enroll.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; familiarity with Athena is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
