We are looking for a committed and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at ProCare Therapy. This role involves working collaboratively with educational professionals and families to enhance student behavior and learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to address and manage challenging behaviors while fostering positive behavioral supports.
- Work alongside school teams to evaluate and modify intervention strategies as necessary.
- Provide training and guidance to educators and families on effective behavior management techniques.
- Gather and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of behavior interventions and track student progress.
- Engage in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing insights on behavioral objectives and strategies.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Preferred experience as a BCBA within an educational environment.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
