Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our construction team as a Civil Construction Foreman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wireless infrastructure and civil construction, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage construction teams on various civil construction projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and de-installation of wireless cell site foundations, including compounds, shelters, trenchwork, concrete, conduit, steel erection & installations, electrical installations, RF installations, and site de-installations.
  • Utilize heavy equipment and trucking to excavate, install, and complete projects, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Interface with all levels of management, staff, and customer requirements, providing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance, maintaining, repairing, and occasionally installing various cell tower types.
  • Complete assigned tasks within project scope accurately and efficiently, with a strong focus on quality and safety.
  • Ability to work at heights and travel overnight for extended periods.
  • Working knowledge of cell site service monitors, RF test equipment, Fiber, and PIM equipment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with little instruction in a highly organized manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to timeframes/schedules set by management.
  • Ability to prioritize workload.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
  • Stamina and endurance for prolonged periods of physical activity.
  • Comfort with working at heights and in confined spaces.
