Overview:

As a franchisee of Dunkin' Donuts / Baskin Robbins, we are in search of dedicated cake decorators to enhance our team of culinary artists. The working hours are flexible, allowing for independent scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing cake orders received through online platforms, phone calls, and in-person requests.
• Overseeing inventory management for cakes and icing supplies.
• Maintaining the cake decorating station, which includes preparing icings, stocking decoration supplies, and adhering to sanitation protocols.
• Decorating cakes in accordance with Baskin Robbins' design standards.
• Fostering a positive and friendly rapport with customers, fellow team members, and management.
• Ensuring product displays are stocked and maintained according to quality and merchandising guidelines.
• Possibility of cross-training in various restaurant areas.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirement is 16 years.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Physical dexterity is required, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with operating a computerized POS system.
• Basic math and verbal/written communication skills are necessary.
• A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
