Ambassador Personnel, Inc. is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician in the Jamestown NC area. This position offers a direct hire opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, holiday pay, and a 401k plan.

The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventative, predictive, and emergency maintenance on production machinery and the facility. The ideal candidate will possess experience in a multi-craft industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned preventative maintenance duties.
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance on production equipment and machinery.
  • Address and resolve equipment malfunctions and mechanical failures. Troubleshoot, repair, and replace worn components, motors, control devices, etc.
  • Utilize machine shop equipment, hand tools, and power tools to fabricate necessary parts when required.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including circuits, PLCs, wiring, controls, and HVAC systems, up to 480 volts.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required; trade school, vocational training, or technical degree may substitute for vocational/technical training, or successful completion of relevant military training.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a multi-craft manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
