Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Progressive Care Unit team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our unit.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, applying the nursing process and critical thinking skills to independently deliver safe nursing care.
  • Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes.
  • Provide effective communication, confidence, and professionalism, actively engaging in unit and organizational activities.
  • Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and serving as a resource to the patient care team.
  • Accountable for delivering quality nursing care services and promoting a positive image of nursing.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nurse program.
  • Approved for and maintains requirements of the MHS Nursing Clinical Excellence Program RN.

Our Surgical Progressive Care Unit is a dynamic and highly motivated team, providing care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures, including tracheal esophageal surgeries, colorectal surgeries, breast surgery, lung surgery, urology, and more. We are a tele-capable unit, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
