About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education Professional to join our team at Primrose Schools ®. As a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young students and helping them develop a lifelong love of learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Engaging Lesson Plans: Create a fun and safe environment for students to discover new concepts with confidence through multi-sensory learning experiences.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Spend your days building genuine relationships with each child, helping them learn about language and literacy, science, life skills, and more.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning curriculum.
  • Maintain a Well-Organized Classroom: Ensure a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore, and make decisions with confidence.
  • Continuously Improve: Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them.
