As a Travel Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Emergency Room, including assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with a variety of medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other support staff, to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by demonstrating a commitment to teamwork, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Arizona or a compact state.
- At least two years of experience in the Emergency Room, with a focus on trauma care.
- EPIC experience required.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
