We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team for a travel assignment in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Job Summary:

This is a 13-week travel assignment with 40 hours per week, 12-hour shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex wound dressings, rehabilitation, and tube feedings. A number of patients may have a health status that changes quickly.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients with complex medical needs
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of North Carolina
  • Experience working with complex wound dressings, rehabilitation, and tube feedings
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
