PLC Technician

Spear Manufacturing Co is seeking a skilled PLC Technician to join our team in Caney, Kansas.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced PLC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electronic equipment, including I/O networks, variable speed drives, and PLCs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and test industrial electronic equipment, including PLCs, I/O networks, and variable speed drives.
• Maintain and troubleshoot industrial electronic equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement PLC programming on machines and robots to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in industrial automation, electronics maintenance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley and other industrial automation systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
