Key Responsibilities- Prepare menu items to the highest standard, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
- Be a menu expert, following Smashburger's prep and menu recipe standards to prepare guest orders.
- Maintain the cleanliness of floors, equipment, and counters at all times.
- Follow checklists and proven systems to set up, stock, and close the kitchen.
- Previous cooking experience, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
