Job Summary:

An Occupational Therapist is sought to join our team at Clarkston Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions, and developing treatment plans to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatment planning, and implementation of interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Document patient progress and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Supervise and train Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Rehab Aides.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy.
  • Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Compensation details: 37-53 Hourly Wage
