BAYADA Home Health Care is currently in search of a Registered Nurse (RN) to assume the role of Nursing Supervisor for our team. This position is vital in delivering exceptional care to both adult and pediatric clients across various regions.

As a Nursing Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating a team to provide outstanding patient care.
- Conducting assessments and visiting clients in the community.
- Creating and overseeing the implementation of care plans.
- Supervising nursing personnel in the field.
- Facilitating orientation for newly hired nurses.
- Participating in training sessions for new nursing staff and ongoing education for field personnel.
If you are a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following qualifications, this position may be an excellent fit for you:
- At least 2 years of RN experience preferred.
- Experience or a willingness to learn about Trach/Vent/Infant/Pediatric care.
- Previous supervisory experience.
Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000
