Travel Nurse RN Dialysis Position

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at a clinic in Albany, Georgia.
Job Summary:This is a 13-week contract position with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will work 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts, and will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced dialysis clinic environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and make recommendations for care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Active Nursing License
- AHA BLS Certification
- 1 year of experience in dialysis nursing
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
