Job Summary

As a Crossbore Technician Trainee at Hydromax USA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our nation's energy assets and natural resources. This position involves assisting with the operation of our CCTV Camera and equipment to detect cross-bored wastewater lines and collect field data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the operation of our CCTV Camera and equipment to detect cross-bored wastewater lines and collect field data.
  • Establish a safe work zone, including positioning safety items such as traffic cones and signs.
  • Prepare the CCTV Robot and equipment under the direction of the Operator while cleaning and maintaining equipment.
  • Dispatch the tractor unit securely into the pipe utilizing a crane or hook.
  • Mark locations on the job site with utility marking paint.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen.
  • Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Certification as required by project locations.
  • Ability to walk 2 to 5 miles or more per day on various terrain and in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to work with sewer and wastewater utility lines.
  • Lift 50+ pounds of equipment regularly throughout the day.
  • Proficient using current technology such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
