Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, implement, coordinate, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Collaborate with clinical associates and other healthcare professionals to address individual patient needs
- Work with physicians, nursing staff, and other disciplines to ensure quality, safe, and cost-effective care
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues to provide excellent patient and family care
Requirements:
- Current State of Iowa Registered Nurse Licensure or compact licensure
- Emergency Room Acute Care RN experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two years of independent clinical experience
- BSN/ASN prepared
