Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team in West Jefferson, Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their service needs, including greeting customers, obtaining necessary information for billing and details of repair/rental, and communicating repair progress with customer.
Responsibilities:- Greet customers and obtain necessary information for billing and details of repair/rental
- Review warranty of vehicle, generate repair order, and prepare it for dispatching
- Communicate repair progress with customer
- Obtain authorizations for repairs
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with employees and vendors. Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while maintaining composure.
