Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Installer Technician to join our team in Akron, OH. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, replacing parts, and installing HVAC systems. Our ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HVAC systems and equipment installation, including electrical and mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems.
  • Replace parts and install new systems as needed.
  • Work with a support team to ensure efficient job execution.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in system replacement installations.
  • Strong technical proficiency in HVAC systems and equipment installation.
  • Pipefitting, brazing, and soldering skills are required.
  • Troubleshooting skills are essential for identifying and resolving issues during installation.
  • Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring precision in measurements, fittings, and overall system installation.
  • Excellent customer service skills are necessary for communicating with clients and addressing concerns.
  • Time management skills are vital for meeting project deadlines.
  • Adaptability is essential for working with different HVAC systems, brands, and evolving technologies.
  • Safety awareness is critical for prioritizing safety protocols and adhering to industry guidelines.
  • Team collaboration skills are necessary for working well in a team environment, coordinating with other professionals.
