About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Golden, CO. As a School SLP, you will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to support and enhance students' communication skills.

You will have the opportunity to create and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with a dynamic team of educators, and contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of students.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Colorado SLP license or eligibility to obtain one, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • ASHA CCCs preferred, but CFYs are welcome to apply, with a willingness to pursue certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Passion for working with children in a school setting, with a focus on creating a supportive and inclusive environment.
