About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at Smart Foodservice Stores LLC. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales and inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide fast, easy, efficient, and professional service to each customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, front end, and restrooms.
- Support the sales and inventory processes, including receiving inventory shipments, stocking shelves, and performing price changes.
- Assist customers in finding products and answering questions about store services and promotions.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
- Minimum one year retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible hourly schedule, including holidays and weekends.
- Basic computer skills and cash handling experience required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.

Working Environment:
- Work is performed in a retail store setting, open to the public.

- Temperature varies throughout the store ranging from -10 to 85 degrees.
