About the Job

We are seeking a Radiology Technologist to join our team in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. This is a per diem position that offers flexibility and variety.

Job Summary

The Radiology Technologist will be responsible for operating medical imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and providing exceptional patient care. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Operate medical imaging equipment, including X-ray machines and CT scanners.
  • Prepare patients for exams by explaining procedures, positioning patients, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during exams and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, exam results, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
