Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily cleaning tasks as assigned
  • Maintain and polish furnishings, fixtures, and heating/cooling units in rooms and common areas
  • Sanitize and clean bathroom fixtures
  • Wash windows and mirrors in various areas
  • Ensure floors are clean through sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting
  • Maintain cleanliness of walls as necessary
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and ensure adequate supply levels
  • Dispose of waste properly, including hazardous materials
  • Prepare vacant rooms for future residents
  • Handle resident clothing and linens, including sorting, laundering, and returning items
  • Report any maintenance needs to the supervisor
  • Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in long-term care or hospitality preferred
  • Genuine passion for assisting others
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Physical requirements include lifting up to 35 pounds and moving consistently throughout the workday
  • Successful completion of a background check
