Job Title: Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at IntelyCare in Seymour, Connecticut. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality care in post-acute facilities while enjoying flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.

Salary and Benefits

About the Role
  • Providing quality care in post-acute facilities as an RN
  • Observing outcomes with physicians and other staff
  • Developing care plans with medical staff and residents
  • Setting up medical equipment and monitoring its use
  • Drawing fluids, such as blood and urine, for lab work
  • Administering treatments and medications to residents
Requirements
  • Current Connecticut state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Diploma from an approved nursing program
  • Minimum 1 year of experience (RN or related role)
