We are seeking a highly motivated Education Support Specialist to join our team at School Administrative Unit 6 Public Schools.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will assist professional staff with various tasks, including classroom clerical work, student support, and program implementation. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting students and working collaboratively in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with completing classroom tasks and maintaining classroom goals in collaboration with certified staff members.
- Provide individualized support to students, both in small groups and large groups, under the supervision of qualified educators.
- Implement programs designed by certified staff members, ensuring effective delivery and ongoing evaluation.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is essential for this role.
- Proven experience working with children and teachers in an educational setting is required.
- An estimated annual salary of $43,500 - $55,000 based on location and experience.
