Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

CrossMed Allied is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy and ventilation
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
  • Current licensure and certification as a Respiratory Therapist
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
