QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders, ASHA certification, and a valid State Speech Language Pathology License. Please note that all Speech Language Pathologists are required to hold a state license.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, your daily responsibilities will revolve around improving the communication abilities of children.

Your role will be pivotal in preparing them for success both academically and socially, which is not only meaningful but also lays the foundation for a fulfilling career.

You will deliver high-quality services tailored to students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans.

This includes conducting evaluations, assessments, and generating reports to identify their strengths and areas needing improvement in speech, fluency, language, and oral motor skills.
